The smoke and dust purifier is a kind of high-efficiency air purifier designed for industrial waste gas smoke and dust. Through the gravitational effect of the blower, the welding fume is sucked into the air inlet of the equipment through the universal suction hood, and there is a flame arrester at the air inlet of the equipment. The spark is blocked by the flame arrester, and the smoke gas enters the settling chamber. After the body is filtered and purified by the filter element, it flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element, and the clean air is absorbed and further purified by the activated carbon filter, and then discharged through the outlet to meet the standard.
The control system adopts PWM speed regulation, which can continuously and accurately adjust the air volume according to the amount of smoke and dust generated. The indicator lamp alarm device can prompt the replacement of filter element in time.
